High-level process (without IP disclosure):

Process Steps

  1. Air intake & pre-filtration; controlled flow through MOF contactors.
  2. Adsorption: MOFs selectively capture CO₂; sensors detect breakthrough.
  3. Regeneration: vacuum/temperature swing (VSA/TSA) produces a high-purity CO₂ stream; conditioning (drying/buffer/compression).
  4. Conversion: electrochemical and thermo-/photocatalytic pathways convert CO₂ into solid carbon and usable side streams.
  5. Material finishing: production of fiber grades and graphite grades with QA and specifications.
