Process Steps
- Air intake & pre-filtration; controlled flow through MOF contactors.
- Adsorption: MOFs selectively capture CO₂; sensors detect breakthrough.
- Regeneration: vacuum/temperature swing (VSA/TSA) produces a high-purity CO₂ stream; conditioning (drying/buffer/compression).
- Conversion: electrochemical and thermo-/photocatalytic pathways convert CO₂ into solid carbon and usable side streams.
- Material finishing: production of fiber grades and graphite grades with QA and specifications.
